We strongly believe that the home and school should form a strong partnership. Our open door policy allows, and encourages, parents to visit the center during the day or to call to check on children any time they like. Family members can volunteer to come in to read stories with children, participate in daily activities or just come and spend some time at school with their children.
Daily communication between parents and staff is an important part of a child's education and development. We will send home daily sheets which tell about the child's activities, moods, eating habits and needs. We also distribute a monthly newsletter to tell about upcoming events within the center.
We plan many activities throughout the year to promote family involvement:
*Holiday parties *Family Feast
*Programs and performances *Pre-K Graduation
*And much more planned throughout the year!

We also like to include members of the community in our education of the children. This helps to teach children about the world around them. We have visits from police officers, ambulances, fire trucks, veterinarians and other people who help. We also have visitors come in to entertain the children--magicians, dancers and the like.
